Technical inventory and certification of real estate:
A technical passport for real estate is a document that contains basic data about a real estate object, which indicates the size and notes on the conversion of buildings and premises based on the results of a technical inventory.

In turn, a technical inventory is a complex of works on the survey, measurement of the building, structural elements of the premises in order to determine its condition, wear and tear – with the subsequent reflection of the results in the technical passport of the object.

A certified specialist conducting a technical inventory must make a note of unauthorized redevelopment in the data sheet, i.e. display all changes made without permission.

In accordance with the Instruction on the procedure for conducting a technical inventory of real estate dated July 10, 2001 No. 582/5773, from January 1, 2013, technical passports for real estate have the right to produce not only BTI, but also other business entities with certified specialists.

The technical passport for the real estate object is sealed with the seal of a certified specialist and company.
